In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016, of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679, we inform you that:

Your personal data will be processed in order to enable participation in competitions and cultural-educational events organized by the Archaeological and Historical Museum in Stargard, as well as for the purpose of purchasing, receiving donations, and making entries in inventory books and museum documentation.

4. The recipients of your personal data are only institutions authorized by law.

5. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization.

6. Due to the statutory activities of the Museum, your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to perform the contract or provide the service. The processing period may be extended each time by the statute of limitations if the processing of personal data is necessary for the pursuit or defense of potential claims by the Museum. After this period, your personal data will only be processed to the extent and for the period required by law.

7. You have the right to request access to your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to its processing, transfer your data, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.

8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the PUODO (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if you believe that the processing violates the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.

9. Providing your personal data is a condition for participating in competitions and cultural-educational events organized by the Archaeological and Historical Museum in Stargard, as well as for the purpose of purchasing, receiving donations, and making entries in inventory books and museum documentation.

10. You are obliged to provide the data, and the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to participate in events and competitions.

11. The processing of your personal data will not involve automated decision-making, including profiling, as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.
